The apartment is EUR 80,- per night for 1-2 persons, for an additional 3. person plus 15 per night. For stays shorter than 6 nights we charge a cleaning fee of EUR 45,-. From 7 nights up we give a discount of 15%!
Sheets and towels are changed and cleaned weekly for longer stays than 13 days.
All prices plus 10% VAT.
A security deposit (furnishings, glass, art, etc) of 150 EUR will be charged before arrival and returned after departure, if everything is in order.
