The apartment is on the first floor of a building that is situated in the Pine Walk near the Hotel Illa D'Or. The Pine Walk is a quiet place and a beatiful walking zone along the Pollença bay. The apartment has a a dining room comfortably equipped from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of Pollença. From the dinning room you can access to the balcony where there are a table and chairs for you can enjoy the view of the bay of Pollença while you eat or enjoy the sun. The apartment has a equipped kitchen, washing machine, satellite TV, a private parking and near there are restaurants and shops.

This apartment is a first floor and consists of two twin bedrooms and one complete bathroom. The kitchen is fitted and has a fridge freezer and washing machine. The pleasantly furnished dining room have direct acces to the balcony and has beatiful views over the bay of Pollensa. In the balcony you can dinner quiet with these beatiful views of the bay. Near the apartment there are some shops, bar and restaurants, tennis court and a Health and Beauty centre. If you walk along the Pine Walk to the center of the village, in ten minutes you can enjoy a lot of shops and restaurants.

Puerto Pollensa its situated at the north of the island. Located a few miles from Formentor beach, from Cala San Vicente (beach and prehistoric caves)and from Alcúdia (Roman town of Pollentia). Puerto Pollensa is a great place for a holiday with wonderful scenery, beautiful beaches, a beatiful bay and large marina where you can stroll and admire the many luxury yachts. For evening walks there are the Pine Walk which skirts the bay and offers beautiful views, you will see a variety of live singers, painters or sand sculptors at work. There are plenty of restaurants to choose.
