Our house is located some distance outside of the center of the village with a breathtaking view of the surrounding Tyrol Mountains and landscape. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our very beautiful, well furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor with its own sun terrace and direct access to the enclosed garden. Our holiday apartment contains two separate bedrooms (room for 2 to 6 people) 1 kitchen completely furnished with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, seating corner etc, 1 living room furnished in Tyrolean style in wood with TV and seating corner, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, hair-dryer, 1 toilet, 1 hall with cupboard, 1 sun terrace with corner seat and garden furniture. Our house offers itself as an ideal base for many sporting, hiking and leisure activities. Whether in summer or in winter, the possibilities are almost endless. We are happy to assist you with planning your schedule of activities.

Our town is the perfect spot to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries in the healthy and fresh mountain air. Lans offers on the one hand close proximity to the regional capital Innsbruck and all of its sights and on the other hand its location in the midst of wonderful natural landscape. Our town is well known for its outstanding restaurants and Tyrolean guest houses. Our region offers many facilities for sports, leisure activities, accommodation and tours. Free ski bus to the most beautiful skiing and cross country areas, lantern hikes, moonlight tobogganing, guided hikes, free entry to the Lanser See Lake etc.

  • The prices are calculated on the basis of a week's stay for 2 people. For each additional person we charge 15 Euros (off season) and 20 Euros (high season) extra per day. Electricity charges. Water, heating, refuse, car-parking and VAT are included in the price. The final cleaning charge is 40 Euros. Bed linen, hand towels and dish cloths are provided and are included in the price. Pets: 4 Euros per day not including food. Served breakfast is 6 Euros per person per day.

Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a entrance hall with cupboard, a fully furnished kitchen, one bathroom with bath and shower, double wash hand basins, a separate toilet, a fully wood paneled Tyrolean style living room with corner seat and TV and two separate bedrooms, one room with double bed and one room with three single beds. If necessary an extra bed can be set up in the living room. The house also has its very own sun terrace and direct access to a private garden space. For our smaller guests there is a cot available (please book when making reservation). There is a bread delivery service. When our guests do not wish to prepare breakfast themselves, it can be served for them in the apartment.

Getting there

By car from Germany or Switzerland take the Innsbruck Mitte exit and continue on to Lans. At the first crossing turn left in the direction of Sistrains, after 300 meters the entrance to the house is on the left. Coming from Italy you take the Patsch exit (There is a toll charge) and drive straight for about 2 miles to Lans. At the first crossing turn left in the direction of Sistrans and after 500 meters the house is on your left. When you arrive by plane or by train we will be happy to pick you up from the station or the airport. You can of course also rent a car at the train station or airport.

Activities

Moonlight tobogganing and night skiing turn night into day. Free entry to the Lanser See. Bike rental will deliver the bicycle to your door and collect it again in the evening. There are many different walking guided tours with guides available weekly. Whether you want an active, quiet, sporting or cultural holiday, it is entirely up to you. There is something for everyone among the great activities on offer.

Skiing Information:

There is a 9 hole golf course in Lans and in Rinn (2.4 miles away) there is an 18 hole golf course. The nearest skiing area “Patscherkofel” is 3 minutes away by car and there is a regular ski bus to and from the slopes. The “Glungezer” ski resort is 10 minutes away by car. There are daily ski buses organized for our guests which take you to the most beautifully located ski and cross country areas like Axamer Lizum, Kuehtai, Stubaier Glacier, Schlick 2000 and Rangger Koepfl free of charge. A cross country run starts in Rinn ( approx 5 minutes away by car) which has a nice beginners lift for skiing novices. There are daily skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snow shoe walking courses on offer for children and adults in our ski schools. There is a ski-kindergarten for your children, which will take care of them in the morning. Skis, ski boots, ski poles, helmets, toboggans etc can be rented from the ski school. Beautiful toboggan runs and hiking trails.
