Fantastic location this exceptionally well presented studio apartment and 3bed/3bath apartment just minutes from the Marina at Puerto Banus. It is in an excellent location for the those who don't want to hire a car as it within easy walking of all amenities. Both apartments are well presented and will cater for all age groups. Being so close to the centre and the Marina of Puerto Banus there is no real need to hire a car. Please enquire about airport transfers, as we can arrange these for you. The apartments are located within secure grounds with 24 hrs concierge and security, there are beautiful pools and gardens set to lawns with tropical flowers.

This well appointed 3bed/2bath Garden apartment is furnished to a good standard and has marble floors throughout. The apartment is designed to sleep 6, although we can provide a cot for baby under 6 months on request. The well furnished apartment offers many extras, Sat TV,(UK channels) DVD player & CD player & radio. The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South facing terrace which is also well furnished with sunbeds and dining table & chairs etc. The South facing terrace overlooks the private gardens which are laid to lawns and has two pools. Easy access to the local health club directly opposite the entrance gate and only a short distance from all the amenities that Puerto Banus has to offer.

Magical Puerto Banus, with its night life and pavement cafes, the wonderful Marina with all its magnificent Yachts , look out for the famous faces as you meander through the streets of designer shops. Visit Marbella take a coffee in Orange square and enjoy the busy attention of all the waiters serving coctails and drinks, during the wonderful suuny relaxing days. If you feel more like a journey to the white viilages of Andalucia take the train to Ronda, or visit Casares, Gibralter is only a short journey of 40 mins and its full, of shops, and here are some very good fish restaurants at the Marina, and a visit to the famous apes is a must.

  • The rental prices are shown for the apartment for a weekly stay, however discounts are offered on selected weeks for stays in excess of 3 weeks or more. Please call Yvonne Tel; 01403 864625 for a quote for a long winter rental. A security deposit cheque is taken at the time of booking of £200 subject to the return of the apartment keys, and that the property is left in the same condition as at the start of the rental. The deposit cheque will normally be returned after 7 days following my receipt of the keys
  • we offer 4 night breaks except during the high season when a full week rate will be required. except on the odd occasion where there is a space available between full weeks then we will consider a short break.
