Apartment Hani is situated in nearby of town Zadar in a place called Karin (33 km). The apartment includes one bedroom, living-room, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. In the apartment you can find TV, radio, HI-FI, fridge, cold water, stove, oven and 5 beds. The parking is for 4 cars. There is a sand beach. Karin is located in North Dalmatia (the Riviera of Zadar) in the quiet and clean gulf named Karinsko more - the Karin Sea. Both Mediterranean and continental climate are mixed there, which makes the nights very pleasant for sleeping in summer. In the surrounding area there are no industrial objects and the air is very clean having a beneficial effect on various lung diseases (asthma, chronic bronchitis etc.) Some parts of the Karin submarine area are made of peloid (sea-mud), which may be successfully applied in treating various rheumatism and other diseases. All that makes it possible to find the rest for soul and body there!

Karin is located in North Dalmatia (the Riviera of Zadar) in the quiet and clean gulf named Karinsko more - the Karin sea. Sehr toller Urlaub!

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es ist ein Doppelbett (bzw zwei Einzelbetten nebeneinander), 2 Gästebetten und eine große Schlafcouch vorhanden. Ausreichend Bettwäsche, die dazugehörigen Bezüge und genügend Handtüchter sind vorhanden.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm, Backofen wird mit Strom, 2 Platten mit Strom und 2 mit Gas betrieben. Der Kühlschrank ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend, ein Gefrierfach ist vorhanden. Es sind 2 Spülbecken da, allerdings nur ein Plastikabtropfgefäß in groß und eins für Besteck.
Auch für Spüllappen und Geschirrhandtücher ist gesorgt. Der Balkon bietet eine Aussicht zum Wasser.
Das Wasser ist von minderer Qualität, wer Meerwasser erwartet sollte besser ans Meer fahren ;) Schnorcheln ist dort aufgrund der schlechten Sichtverhältnisse im Wasser NICHT möglich!
Wir waren mit 2 Hunden da, die sehr freundlich behandelt worden sind! Am "Hauptstrand" sind Hunde zwar nicht erlaubt, allerdings dürfen sie ein Stücken weiter ins Wasser.
Jeden Morgen wurde das Seegras am Strand (Kiesel) entfernt, der Müllwagen kam einmal in der Woche und hat die Tonnen geleert die am Ende der großen Wiese stehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Im Keller kann man die Waschmaschine benutzen, zudem ist ein Grill vorhanden. Draußen steht eine große, stabile Bierzeltgarnitur und ein großer Sonnenschirm.
In Karin gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte sowie eine Poststelle, Gemüsestände und Souvenier-Shops. In der Saison gibt es außerdem einen Fischstand an dem man frischen Fisch bekommt. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind in Benkovac (ca 15 km) bzw Zadar (ca 20km). In Benkovac gibt es eine "Einkaufsmeile" sowie ein Plodine, in Zadar ist auchein Lidl, ein Interspar, Kaufland und dm! Sonic ist zwar in einigen Dingen günstig, es lohnt sich aber Preise zu vergleichen!

Die Innenstadt von Zadar ist klasse, dort ist auch ein Internetcafe (direkt am Hafen, bei den ganzen Sparkassen). 1 Kuna für 4 Minuten, allerdings ist die Verbindung recht langsam, .de Seiten kosten mehr (andere Kostenzone?)...

Wir waren dort sehr zufrieden und werden nächstes Jahr wieder fahren!

Ferien in Karin

Die Wohnung war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war stets vor Ort kümmerte sich um die Belange seiner Feriengäste. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist schön, wenn man von den zwei Mülltonnenauf dem Parkplatz, die meist überfüllt sind, absieht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnungen ist jedoch wenn auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand nicht besonders reizvoll. Der allabendliche Lärm von den Strandbars und dem kleinen Touristenrummel ist auf den Terassen zu hören. Der Strand in Karin ist sehr schmutzig und das Wasser ist dunkelgrün und nicht wie sonst an der kroatischen Küste. Zum eigentlichen Mittelmeer sind es mind. 30 Autominuten. Für Familein mit Kindern ist kaum etwas geboten. Im Ort selbst gibt es kein Freizeit- oder Sportangebot, außer zwei Bars mit Billardtischen. Wer bereit ist stets mit dem Auto seine Ferienziele anzusteuern findet in der Ferienwohung eine günstige Ausgangsposition für viele lohnende Ziele in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Der Ort Karin selbst ist jedoch noch sehr entwicklungsbedürftig, werder die Müllentsorgung ist befriedigend geregelt. Noch sind keine Ansätze einer ansprechenden Gestaltung der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Strandes zu erkennen. Bauruinen und verlassene Gebäude bieten keinen schönen Anblick für den Urlauber.
