Beautiful refurbished 4th floor studio (lift access) on Rue St. Phillippe, centrally located within easy walking distance to main shopping areas, the old town and other areas of interest. Easy airport access, approx 15 min by bus; bus stop 2 min walk from studio. Lovely sea view from large balcony. Table and chairs on balcony and also in Kitchenette. Spacious airy and calm main room with two large double fold-out sofa beds; sleeps 4 comfortably. Bathroom with bath & shower fitting and washing machine. Air conditioning & outside metal electric roller blinds on all windows and balcony door, with roller sun-awning. All crockery, bedding and towels provided (all recently purchased from Habitat.) TV, CD/Radio, DVD. Scooter hire shop beside apartment block. Excellent restaurants on Promenade at end of street (70m). Friendly agent (Irish/French couple) to greet you on arrival & available if need

The apartment is very centrally located and with easy access from the airport. It´s clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay even for a longer period. The balcony is large and though it´s hot outside you can feel the sea breeze and it´s comfortable to get a tan.

A large food stoore is just a few meters away as well as restaurants, shopping and sea.

I really recommend this!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

It is a bright airy studio with good-sized modern bathroom. The balcony adds more space to the studio. The sea view photo truly represents the view from the balcony. Tho' the kitchenette area is compact it had all the requirements that my daughter and I required. Most of the other apartments seemed to be occupied by French tresidents which, for us, is a plus. Very central for shopping, sightseeing, dining - there is even a little local library which visitors can join for a month! The Promenade is within a few minutes walk.
We had a most enjoyable stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

7 days in Nice

My fiance and I spent 7 days in Nice and had a wonderful time. This is an excellent location, practically on the Promenade des Anglais. There is a grocery store down the street and the bus stop is close by. Everything is within walking distance, we also found a cinema that showed movies in English. The property is clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. We had a lovely holiday and look forward to returning.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
