Panoramic 180 degree Ocean views are enjoyed from this centrally located house that can sleep 6 in the property’s two bedrooms and three bed settees in the lounge. The living room has its own dining area with table and chairs. There is Satellite TV (English & German)and cooling fans. Fully fitted modern kitchen with tall fridge freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood, and full size oven, kettle/ toaster/ sandwich toastie, microwave oven. There is a large south facing 15m2 private balcony off the lounge. This balcony is secluded for sun bathing and gets the sun all day. Located close to the 'Fuerte Commercial Centre' with bars/restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. This property is situated in the prime rear elevated row of the upmarket La Residencie development. This property is the only property that is currently available for rent that enjoys uninterrupted ocean views. This is the unique selling point of the prime rear row. A truly enjoyable view.

Costa Calma beach is 5 - 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It is cleaned daily and is plenty long enough for early morning joggers to have a decent workout on it. There is plenty to do on the beach including sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling, wind surfing, hiring of jet skis etc. Further round the coast there are sailing schools and kite surfing schools should you wish to embark on a new challenge. There are various beach bars and numerous sun beds and umbrellas for hire as well. Further, the house is only a couple of minutes walk away from the 'Fuerte Action Commercial Centre' - a local hub with many good bars, restaurants, shops - everything you could ever need to make your holiday experience a sound one. You are close to the tropical Oasis Park and Zoo (10 mins by car). You are also a short drive away from the famous Risco Del Paso beach (Sotavente) down at the Jandia peninsula which is a haven for water sports and wind surfing. This entire area is renowned for its beaches.

    Properties in Costa Calma operate on an unusual basis. The renter pays the cleaner locally when they arrive for the cleaning and laundry. It is 65 euros for the major clean to get the property ready (clean and fresh bedding and towels).

    Interim laundry at the end of week one is optional, if desired, budget 30 euros for this.

    You will have the agent's telephone number so you could decide on whether you need this clean / laundry or not, once you get to the island, after meeting her. The property has a wash machine.

(Our) Unique Selling Point: What is the Unique Selling Point (USP) of this property? Why choose this property over others? Simple - it has great views. The rear row is the only row with uninterrupted ocean views - if you're thinking of booking on the La Residencie development - do yourself a favour and insist on the prime rear row. Sit here, enjoy the sun, and enjoy the views. You have an agent on island 24/7. Airport transfers can also be arranged for you at great prices.

Bargain rental rates & well equipped: This is a prime located house with fantastic equipment. You will not find better rental rates. We have SAT TV, sunbeds, microwave etc. The property is also very airy and thus easy to sleep at night. There are cooling fans in every room for the summer and heater in the rare event that you might need this in the winter. However, remember, Fuerteventura's temperate year round climate make air-con or heating largely redundant - it's not Cyprus or Turkey! There is constant airy breezes throughout the property. Air-con is not necessary so don't pay for it in rental rates. You have your own off-road private car park spot only 10 feet from the front door ! Airport transfers can also be arranged at great low cost prices (call please). The house also has a safe. There is an iron & board.

Golf: Golf is a very popular sport on Fuerteventura where there is an excellent course in Caleta De Fuste which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. Despite Fuerteventura's almost constant sunshine and little rain, the course has beautiful greens. The course also boasts a five star club house, pro shop, a resident PGA Professional, a driving range, chipping area, practice bunker and putting green. Caleta De Fuste is approximately 30/40 minutes drive north from our apartment in Costa Calma. In addition there is a further course in Morro Jable which is due to open in September 2008 and is approximately a 15 minute drive away.

Penthouse suite with ground floor rent rates !

Thanks mate for use of your flat. Top floor but with access of the street and parking just outside the front door (no stairs to access the house (this was great for my mum who is 80). The elevated rear ('penthouse' !) is really the one on this devlopemnt. It is the only one to rent on La Residencie, you were right. The only one you can see the ocean from. It was brilliant just to sit there with a drink and watch the view. Tam

Perfect location for a family break

Loved the apartment. Perfect for the kids, clean, tidy and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Right from the booking the service was excellent. Iain was helpful, provided travel directions and even useful local advice.

Great location for a fab winter break

Ian, booked your place for a late winter sun break. We were attracted by your great low prices and your grear balcony views. It was all it was advertised and more. Fabulous low prices and and penthouse apartment position on the complex was great. We sat and sipped sangria most of the day on your balcony and sunbathed here on your sun loungers. Thnaks pal, PTB

Thanks guys for the great break. We nearly never booked your palce because we thought you price was so low that there must be a catch. But no. Your agent was fab and the rear elevated row is superb. You actually get to see the Ocean. The other property owners must wish they were elevated also. Loved it - great sun trap balcony. It was great to be so close to shops and cafe also. Did not need a taxi at all. George
