The nice apartment (120smq) completely renovated is located at the 5 floor with elevator in downtown in the Esquilino Hill, at 50 meters from the 'Acquario Romano - Casa dell'Architettura'. 4 double bedrooms. It's possible add 2 single beds dor kids .Kitchen.4 bathrooms with shower. From the apartment you can reach walking the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore Church in 5 minutes. Also the nice and old Palazzo Brancaccio and Neros House. In the nearby different bus lines and the underground Metro A and B. The central railway station is at 300 meters The showed price is for a week and for 8 people. Minimum 3 nights stay and 8 people. The price includes electricity, gas, warm water, bed linen and bath towel, kitchen ware and house ware .The price depends from the number of the guests. We welcome singles, couples, families and groups (4 up 8 people) for both short and long stays.During the Special Season (Christmas -Easter Time and Bank Kolidays) + 15% and the minimum stay is for 4 nighs.
