Well what can I say about this apartment?
Amazing, stunning, clean, ideally situated, fully equiped, homely, comfortable!
Those were the key words, now for the long review...
We were actually fortunate enough to view this apartment before we booked it, via Sunset properties.
This is an excellent apartment, the pictures do not do it justice! Once I had got over my blueist predudice, I warmed to this apartment big style.
The key factor of it is how comfortable it has been made to be by the owners, the settees are cozy, the beds lovely, the dining table and chairs are a great too!
The balconies are amazing, on one side you have a large, or should I type enormous balcony, it over looks the golf course, and you also have stunning views of the mountains and sea to boot, the best views we have so far had from an apartment rental.
There are also two more balconies to the frount, one has been glassed off, with sliding doors. The other from the bedroom is open, and again has sea views.
Inside the apartment it is very, very comfortablea all round.
The kitchen area is fully equiped with all you need to cook with, infact maybe too much stuff as I had to sort it out to create space for our own provisions!
The TV package is our four english channels plus sky news.
The quality of the towels and bed linen was excellent.
Must say that they also have a dish washer, washing machine, whuich we did not need to use though, as there was only the two of us. There is also good air conditioning in the main room and one bedroom, which is most welcome during the summer months.
One big point to mention, is Sunset Properties Management, who manage this apertment for the owners.
Our main contact was Fran, but we also met Kev too, her hubby, The company are one of the best we have come across in our many trips to Tenerife, the contact on and off the island, both verbal, online, and in person is second to none. We would recommend them to other owners who want to use a management company for there apartment.
I am typing this whilst still enjoying my time on holiday here, we have just booked again for September. We think at last we have found our ideal rental apartment on the island!
We would recommend this apartment to all friends, family, and indeed any of you who have managed to read this review to the end!!
