This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom private villa is located on the Golf Del Sur. On entering the large hallway you have the kitchen on your left which come with all mod cons. Washing machine, dishwasher and fan assited oven. Out of the kitchen and into the dining and living area, here you can watch SKY tv on the 32' plasma tv, DVD player or just relax listening to music. A conservatory from the living area leads out onto the large terrace area which boasts a private heated pool, sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and umbrella. There is also a hot tub and bar (Which we are afraid you will need to stock yourself!!) The villa sleeps 8, and each of the bedrooms have en-suites, as well as there being a spare bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one room with twin beds. The villa is also airconditioned in the master bedroom and living area We are able to offer welcome packs, cleaning services and good sensible advise and help with any trips or car hire.

The Golf Del Sur is located on the South Coast, only a short distance from Riena Sofia airport As the name suggests Golf Del Sur exists for golf, There are a number of superb courses however other entertainments haven´t been left behind. There is a shopping centre and many restaurants and bars to choose from.

Golf Information: The 27 hole international course at Golf del Sur is considered to be Tenerife’s leading golf course. Ever since its 1987 inaugural event the 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various top international tournaments. The course was designed by Pepe Gancedo and has a thoroughly enjoyable layout in which one’s attention is immediately caught by the black volcanic sand in the bunkers. The wide fairways are lined with such a wide variety of indigenous plants such as palm trees and giant cacti. This 800 square-metre course beside the Atlantic Ocean is like a veritable oasis. Particularly difficult is the 3rd hole of the north course. To the right of the wide fairway is a water hazard, behind which lies an impressive ravine with an ochre-coloured rockface, while to the left is a gaping bunker of black sand. Another notable hole is the 2nd of the southern course, a par 3 of 193 metres whose green is surrounded by another immense bunker of black sand.
