Located in the established and upscale neighbourhood known as Gibbs Glade a short walk to Gibbs Beach, in a central yet peaceful location, is this wonderful 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom spacious villa with an additional poolside 1 bedroom guest cottage in the garden. The property extends to approx 0.33 of an acre. Each bedroom is en suite and opens onto a covered verandah via French doors. The high vaulted ceilings throughout provide a feeling of space which is enhanced by the breeze which keeps the property nicely cool.For those who prefer it , air conditioning is in all the bedrooms. The property features an attractive circular swimming pool with patio surround and landscaping that has been planned to provide privacy. The open plan layout is ideal for a family holiday. The rooms all open onto verandahs which run the length of the property offering plenty of covered outdoor space. Mullins Beach , Speightstown and Holetown are all located within a short drive

The villa is on the West Coast and Gibbs Beach is the closest beach being a 4 minute walk away. It is quiet and secluded. A short walk along the coast is Mullins Beach which is more active with a restaurant , boats for hire , waterskiing , catamaran , jetskis and inflatables for the children. The villa is within 20 minutes of 3 golf courses including Sandy Lane. For shopping , try Speightstown which is 5 minutes away and retains the original charm of the Island. A modern shopping centre can be found at Holetown just 10 minutes drive away. The capital , Bridgetown , is a 30 minute drive and has a full selection of shops. The villa is close to many top restaurants and you can choose to eat out or barbeque by the pool - fresh fish is always available from the local fish markets.

On the terrace overlooking the pool , there is a large dining table and chairs which seats 8. Also on the terrace is a sofa , chairs and a coffee table. In the garden, there is a media room for your entertainment which houses a multi-channel Satellite TV and a DVD player. Guests staying at our villa receive special discount arrangements at a nearby luxury hotel when enjoying a meal , drinks or using the spa , gym or tennis court at the hotel.
