The Island of Tenerife:
Tenerife is the fertile jewel of the Canaries, dominated by the imposing volcano, the Pico del Teide, more than 3,700 metres high, which is an important tourist attraction. It is the largest island of the Canaries and offers, next to its famous beaches, remarkable features.

With an average flight time of approximately 4 hours you find yourself in a pleasant subtropical climate all year round. Tenerife is a versatile holiday destination. If you love sunbathing the southern part of Tenerife, where our house is located, is the best destination. But you can also visit one of the many nature and animal parks, picturesque villages with folklore activities, museums in Santa Cruz of discover other places of interest.
Tenerife offers numerous possibilities for hiking. Not only in the volcanic park of the Teide, but also the beaches and barranco (canyon) offer numerous well documented hiking trails. Vilaflor, at an altitude of 1500 metres, has an abundance of hiking opportunities.
At the culinary level you will appreciate Tenerife. The number of restaurants in the tourist centres is of course overwhelming.
