This is an ideal place to stay for anyone looking to buy a property around this area or just to relax.It is a charming but basic house ideal for a quiet get-away yet close enough for visits to the beautiful and famous city of Salvador, nearby beaches and the Turtle Sanctuary in Praia do Forte. This property comprises 2 large en-suite bedrooms and a third can be made available if desired. There is a living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 bedroom downstairs & 1 bedroom & spare room upstairs. There is a veranda running around 3 sides of the house with a large barbecue area to the left and a huge garden (5,000 sqm) with various fruit trees.There is also a variety of wild life to be seen including humming birds, butterflies and a family of monkeys in the trees! 2 hammocks (which are in the wardrobes) can be affixed to the verandas.The property is surrounded by a high wall and access is via an electric gate. Nearest Beach : beach at 4.0 Kilometres

The house is a short bus ride away from the picturesque beach of Jaua & is within walking distance of many shops, supermarkets, pharmacies , local bars & cafes. The famous beach of Praia do Forte - a major tourist attraction, with gift shops, restaurants, clothes shops & bars - is a 10 reais (£3.00 at the current rate) bus ride away (34km) & the bus stop is located at the end of the Main Street - 1000m from the house. The major city of Salvador (now Brazil's biggest Carnival centre) is 30km away & we can arrange day & night trips with an English speaking guide ,or anywhere else e.g Praia do Forte, beaches or the town of Lauro do Freitas with its hypermarket , banks & many shops. A trip to Salvador is highly recommended and costs around £100.00 per group - well worth it to see the Golden Church, beautiful harbour & both Upper and Lower city which can be reached by using the Elevador Lacerdo (elevator). Transport can be arranged to & from airport by us & is payable at the time.

Notes: We have a Caretaker on site daily who will do any odd jobs that you may want doing e.g changing the gas bottle, breakdowns etc. There is a guard dog on site which is in a kennel during the day and let out at night but is very friendly and there for the protection of the property. There is also a toaster, iron and kettle for use
