Beautifully furnished, newly built, 1st floor apartment in small complex with swimming pool, tiled throughout, 3 light, airy bedrooms which can be used as twins or doubles, all with fitted wardrobes and drawer units. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet; and there is a shower room with basin and toilet. Well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, grill and everything needed for self-catering, washing machine, 2 ironing boards and irons. Large, open-plan dining and sitting areas with extendible dining table and chairs seating 6, sideboard, comfortable living area with large sofas and an extensive range of CDs, DVDs, books and flat-screen TV. Large south-facing balcony reached by either sitting room or master bedroom, complete with outdoor dining table and chairs with extendible sun canopy and BBQ area. The apartment is served by lift or stairs, underground parking space available as well as street parking. Beach chairs, towels and sun shades provided.

Close by is a large, modern shopping mall with supermarket, clothes shops etc, bowling alley and cinema and the Aquavalis water park. Ideally located for exploring nearby Nerja with the famous Caves and Balcon de Europa; white villages of Andalucia including Frigiliana, Torrox and Competa, the historic cities of Seville and Cordoba with Granada, the famous Alhambra and ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada all easily accessible. Superb beaches and coves stretching east along the Costa Tropical, west to Malaga and Marbella offering a variety of water sports, with an excellent all-year climate

Superb 3-bedroom apartment, on new golf complex,

Could not fault the apartment. Was large and roomy, nicely decorated, spotless, had everything you could possibly need for short term or long term stay. Christina was a pleasure to deal with as regards information and prompt responses to any queries.


My only recommendation is that you would require a car for shopping and sightseeng around the surrounding areas.

Baviera is a wonderful place for those looking for good food, good wine, good beaches and great golf, is there anything else you could possibly want from a holiday?

The biggest surprise is just how good the apartment is, sometimes you worry about what you will find, not here, absolutely fantastic. Lovely light nicely decorated bedrooms and communal rooms and all the facilities you could want to try your hand at cooking your own paella or just lounging around on the lovely balcony taking in the sun and drinking the local Riojah.

Baviera is a real treat, families, golfers, foodies or just those looking to relax, treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great time and everybody enjoyed their stay.Our visitors got to do some golfing as well.

The place was great and we enjoyed ourself and Christina was also wonderful to us. She is great to deal with.

I highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at this apartment
