The course at El Valle is one rapidly becoming the finest desert links course in Europe. The superb Jack Nicklaus designed, 18 hole, par 71 course is attracting players from all over the world. The reviews are fantastic and it is becoming world renowned. Bringing golfers back time after time to play. Situated in a natural desert valley with the mountain views behind, the route is in a core format which groups several holes together whilst keeping the surrounding development on the perimeter. This means many holes border other holes and not houses, which creates a more open and natural golfing experience. This course relies on subtle strategic elements as opposed to length which is challenging. A premium on accuracy , and not power, so it will be a favourite with intelligent players who can manage their game. All holes offer their own unique challenge and are an absolute joy to play whether it is a walk around the course or on a buggy.
Climate:
Murcia is within the Costa Calida region and has in excess of 320 days of sunshine each year. This is more than any other region in Spain. Winter time here is very mild. Rarely falling below 18/64 degrees. The sunshine is most intense in the summer months of July, August and September, when temperatures can reach in excess of 30/86 degrees. More recent years have seen October staying hotter than usual, with temperatures reaching 28/82 degrees. the Costa Calida /Murcia has arguably the most pleasant climates in the world and is one of the major reasons that it attracts so many visitors from all over the world. Many people return year after year for the wonderful region, the historically beautiful cities and fantastic 250 km of blue flag beaches all along the coast of Southern Spain. The world health organisation reputes that it is one of the healthiest places to live.The reason many people make it their home later in life. A fantastic, relaxing holiday is a certainty.

El Valle is a wonderful place to spend a family holiday. Polaris have catered for families with their wonderful parks and communal pools which are enclosed and very safe. The restaurants offer meals for children too. Travelling to the other Polaris resorts you will find so much for your family to do. Murcia is also a fantastic region for families with so many water parks and the zoo within a short drive away.
