The Villa is set over one level and has 3 bedrooms (Master Double bedroom with en suite shower room, Two twin bedrooms - all 3 bedrooms have Air con) family Bathroom, Living room, kitchen, outside is a large Covered Terrace (Naya) with seating, Terracing plus and 8 meter x 4 meters private swimming pool. 4 sun beds table and chairs Umbrella and BBQ. the villa fully furnished, TV with DVD Player off street parking for 2 cars. A selection of approx half a dozen Local restaurants cafes bars, large supermarket Bank etc are within 5 minute walk. with many more within a quick 5 min drive.

The villa is set in a very peaceful tranquil location with Spectacular views over the first 8 holes of the La Marquesa Golf Course . With 5 minutes walk of the villa are approx half a dozen restaurants cafes bars , bank plus a large supermarket with many more within a quick 5 min drive. Quesada Is located approx 45 Minute drive from Alicante airport and 35 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. Quesada is situated 5km inland from the coast.. Closest beaches (Gaudamar) are a 10 min drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes Quesada village (4 min drive) is very established and family orientated and offers a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment, cafes, shops, etc plus has its own large water park (4 min drive) (open Mid June to September 08) with several slides, water shoots and children’s pools. Torrevieja Town centre is a a 15 minute drive

I travelled to the villa in Sep 2009 with my partner and her son, We had a great holiday at the villa. The time we spent around the pool was very relaxing in tranquil surroundings. The villa is kept to a superb standard and was well equipted for all of our needs with fantastic views over the golf course. I was also impressed with the way everything was handled by the booking agent and wouldn't think twice of recommending to family and friends. Thanks for a wonderful stress free weeks holiday.
