Being on the ground floor you alone have exclusive use of the landscaped gardens below the terrace. This can be used for sunbathing or just to take in the views. There is a lift which takes you from the garage parking straight to your front door, this is great if you are bringing in food and drink supplies. You will be given a separate key on arrival which will access the automatic garage door and security gate.
There are two fantastic communal pools for your use with one viewed directly from your terrace. They have all the necessary facilities there and always immaculately looked after. Just a short stoll and you can reach the local Golf House facilities for the 9 hole course, tennis or use of the fully equiped gym. There is an excellent restaurant inhouse which also caters for snacks, lunches and a full blow out dinner menu !
