Villa Andrews & Maisie are the perfect rentals for a self catering summer holiday with their own private pools, gardens and outside dinning areas. These spacious detached villa's comprises of a full size family lounge and dinning room on the ground floor. They have fully fitted kitchens with Fridge/Freezer, microwave, dishwasher, full size oven with a four burner hob and extractor fan. In addition there are separate utility rooms with an automatic washing machine as well as a downstairs cloakroom with WC & washbasin. To the mezzanine levels there are two further double bedrooms there own private bathroom. To the first floor is the master bedroom and on suit bathroom with it's balcony and magnificent views of Mount Montgo towards the Mediterranean. The villas have full gas central heating if required as well as air-conditioning (available at a small extra charge) Note: Villa Maisie has the option of pool heating (at an extra charge ) and a Jacuzzi which is included in the price

Villa Andrews is a luxury detached villa almost next door to Villa Maisie and is located in an elevated position overlooking Mount Montgo with the Mediterranean a short drive away as are the towns of Javea and Denia with their beautiful sandy beaches, international cuisine and wonderful shopping. The villa has large airy rooms, with the lounge with dining area on the ground floor along with a fully fitted kitchen including an American fridge and dishwasher, a utility room with automatic washing machine. The bedrooms are on 2 floors with the master bedroom on the first floor with it's own luxury en-suite bathroom and private balcony with magnificent views across the valley towards the Mediterranean. The location is ideal for exploring the area or just lazing the days away enjoying the sun with your own private swimming pool, sun terraces with covered naya and if you find the time you can watch all your favourite BBC & ITV programmes as well as a number of Sky Channels with Sky Sports

Both villas are located in this fertile & peaceful part of the sunny Costa Blanca & within a 10 km drive of the small port, bars & beautiful beaches of Javea. Separated by the Mont Montgo Natural Park is the more cosmopolitan town of Denia with excellent dinning & shopping as well as the opportunity to hop on board the ferry for a day or two in Ibiza. A little further south brings you to the beaches & harbour of Moraira & the numerous fish restaurants of Calpe. There's even a little train that will takes you from Gata de Gorgos offering you spectacular views along the Costa Blanca coast line and for anyone looking something a bit more lively the resort of Benidorm is only half an hour away. Inland and within easy reach is the tranquil Jalon Valley with plenty of bodega's inviting you to sample the local wine or visit a market & pick-up some of the delicious fresh fruit and vegetables picked that morning. For the more serious shopper you have Valencia with it's famous 'El Corte Ingles
