Villa Cynthia is a spacious sea view luxury villa, built to the highest standard for the most discerning clients. It is a very well equipped and fully furnished with elegant furniture. Tavernas and fish restaurants at St George harbour are just half a mile away and the larger resort of Coral Bay is no more than a ten minute drive. The location is relatively close to Paphos city centre (10km) and Paphos International Airport (30km). Just the perfect place for your perfect holiday.

Rooms: The master bedroom has a king size double bed, dressing area, beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom and two picture windows to the front of the property plus a patio door to a rear balcony. The second bedroom is a twin having two large windows and patio door to yet another balcony. The third bedroom, again a twin has access to the large upper terrace.

Outside Area: Spacious sun terraces with barbecue surround the nine-meter rectangular swimming pool and there is ample patio furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors. The Villa is surrounded by beautiful enclosed gardens.

A spacious, private and peaceful villa almost in the Akamas nature reserve and close to the sea (A car is a necessity.)

However, it is in need of a little general maintenance, which is the reason we haven't given it 5 stars.

The pool had a film of old suntan oil on the surface, the downstairs toilet did not work, the fridge needs repairing, and the kitchen was a bit short on necessities for more than 2 people - more cutlery, a clock, kitchen scissors, mugs, etc. would be useful. As would instructions for using the oven, TV and DVD player.

But these criticisms aside, the villa is in a lovely position and was clean and comfortable (with large air-conditioned bedrooms) and, although secluded, is convenient for St George, Coral Bay & Peyia.

The simple barbecue worked very well and was well used!

The two of us enjoyed our fortnight here and would book this villa again, especially if a few improvements are made to bring it up to 5-star standard, which it is not far short of.

As a family we discovered Cynthia over 8 years ago and have returned many times.

The views are fantastic, the location remote, if that is what you want it is great - this is what we wanted.

You need a car to get any where, but we only went out to dine and shop - spent whole day at villa in peace and quiet.

Every day we counted the jeeps that set of on jeep safaris - but we could also do this ourselves as we hired a 4 x 4 whilst there - not needed to stay at the villa, but recommend if you wish to explore the Akamas - a must.

The villa is very comfortable and the staff could not do enough for us.

If you are looking for peace and remoteness - this is the villa for you - if we could afford to, we would buy Cynthia.
