Situated in residential area of Alvôr, this delightful new house is on two floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms, in suite a very large living/dining room with patio doors overlooking the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen leads into a covered terrace area which has a built-in barbeque around the corner. The pool has shallow section for children. Pool furniture and the alfresco eating facilities on the covered terrace are in teak and fittings throughout the house are of very good quality. On the floors is the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom and a further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room bathroom. Both these bedrooms have a small veranda with partial sea view. A car port is provided for guest's cars. .. The villa is air-conditioned. Within walking distance of centre of Alvôr (200 metres approx.) and just 1 Kilometre from the beach at Alvôr, this delightful villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard.

I booked this villa for my Family for a weeks stay in late September. It was 6 adults and they all had their own bedroom (2 x couples and 2 single members). The villa was clean and very spacious and ideal to walk into the lovely town of Alvor, where there is an array of restaurants and bars.
The pool was fantastic and had a selection of floats lilos and games to use while my Family were there. A large outside area for dinning and drinks made the villa a fantastic choice for my Family's holiday this year and we would have no problem booking this villa again in the future.

Our second stay in this villa was as good as the first one two years ago. The villa is well equipped, spacious and clean with plenty of room for 2 families to have a great holiday. The large pool was enjoyed by all and has a separate shallow area for smaller children.
The location is very good, situated in a quiet residential area but only a short walk from the many restaurants & shops in the centre of Alvor. (although it is further from the beach).
The owners who live close by were very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive, and on hand in case of any queries.
Both families are already looking forward to a third stay sometime in the future.

By far the best Villa we had stayed in whilst holidaying in the Algarve over last 10 years. The location is just a few minutes from the centre of Alvor and the Villa itself its first class. Both the owners could not have been more helpful and were always on hand, but only in case of need. We have already made a further reservation

Lovely villa in a peaceful location, suitable especially for families. Big pool on the private back yard. Excellent that everybody had their own bath rooms.

A small village with plenty of nice restaurants walking distance from Villa. Wonderful beach on the sea shore. Friendly owners living nearby.
