Villa Paraíso is a luxury large self catering 4 bedroom villa with a private 8 x 4 meter pool. Electrically heated in the winter months and solar heated in the summer, all at no extra charge. Around the pool we have 8 sun beds with comfortable padded covers, a parasol just in case you need a bit of shade and a table and chairs. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard for your comfort. The bedrooms are spread well apart making it ideal for two families. Three of the bedrooms have French windows leading onto patios and two have en-suite bathrooms.The master bedroom has one of the en-suites also a large patio with two sun beds, table and chairs and fantastic sea and mountain views. We have a large fully equipped kitchen. A dinning room with table and seating for 8. For el fresco dinning we have the patio just off the lounge. This has a large barbecue, a table and seating for 8 and the 5 seater Jacuzzi. This is all shaded by a pergola which is needed to escape the constant sun

Just a ten minute walk or 2 minutes by car and you are in the centre of Tias village where you will find many excellent local restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, banks, shops and a taxi rank.The viila is just a 5 minute drive away form the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen and it's 5km sandy beaches. A few kilometres down the coast we have the fabulous marina at Puerto Calero, where you can have a meal or just relax and have a drink. Just outside of Tias on the way to Puerto del Carmen we have a newly completed 18 hole golf course. The island has many other attractions and places of interest to visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly prices are based on 4 persons sharing. Extra persons are charged at 75 pounds each per week up to a maximum of 9.
    Children under two stay free. Cot with linen and a high chair can be provided for infants at an extra charge of 20 pounds per week.
  • For stays longer than one week we provide a full linen change and clean. Towels are changed twice weekly. Beach towels are provided, 1 for each person but there is no change during your stay.
  • Our normal change over day is thursday although other days may be considered.
    The property is booked from 2 p.m on your day of arrival until 10 a.m on your departure day.
    To secure a booking a none refundable deposit of 25% is required. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
    Please note we do not except bookings from all male or all female groups, or groups of under 21 years.

Villa Para? is an impressive villa on four levels. It has spacious living accommodation ideal for two families. It offers wonderful sea views form the terraces and the pool area. The dinning room, second lounge area and well equipped kitchen are on the ground floor. Just off this up a few steps is the main lounge with satellite tv, DVD player and a play station 2 (please bring your own games and memory card). This lounge has patio doors leading out onto a terrace which is equipped with a BBQ, Jacuzzi and an eight seater dinning table. The villa is also equipped with a large utility area with an extra fridge and washing machine.

From the minuite we set foot in this villa we knew we made the right choice , if its a luxury private villa your are after then this is the one for you .Everything you will ever need in a holiday home is here the villa is maintaned to a very high standered & it showes. Its location was perfect for us within a brisk 10 min walk to Tias whereyou will find some top class restaurants La Casona at the top end of the town on the roundabout was top class .The villa is just a short taxi ride to puerto del carmen (€6) where you will find plenty of bars & restaurants & its lovely to come back to your lovely villa in the hills for a night cap & watch the criuse lines steam past in the distance . We will be back !
