The house is located on the beautiful Arun River. It's private Garden and Green are overlooked by one of Englands largest Catholic Cathedral's and second largest Castle, within the historic town of Arundel. It is an easy walk to all amenities including: Large Lido, Castle tours, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Pubs, Coffee Shops, and Shopping. The Sea is only 10 minutes by car, additionally Arundel is home to a WWT Bird Sanctuary and Swanborne Lake both teaming with wildlife, all within walking distance of the house. The Walks and Bicycle Routes through the Downs and Wetlands are plentiful and outstanding. There is a Train Station within easy walking distance, with connections to Gatwick Airport, and Victoria station in London. We are located near Goodwood and Fontwell Motor and Horse racing facilities The home is fully furnished with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sitting Room,Kitchen/Dining Room, Sky, Wireless Broadband and plenty of Parking. Small Pet's are welcome,as long as you cleanup

Arundel was the main Seaport on the River Arun until the late 1800's. The River has 2 tides per day which allowed the Coastal Sailing Ships and Barges sufficient time to load and unload their goods at various landings around the town Quay. Littlehamton located at the mouth of the Arun is now the Seaport. Chichester (20 minutes by car to the West) is the nearest City with a wonderful shopping district, beautiful Cathedral, and Marina. The City of Worthing (20 minutes to the East) has a wonderful Pier and further access to the Southern Downs. The Arundel Castle tours are very entertaining, especially the Garden Installations. The Fitzalan Cricket Grounds is World Class, it is located on the Castle Grounds. We are within 30 minutes of Goodwood, with it's famous Motorsport Racing, Revival, and Horse Racing.
