Double bedroom, toilet; Complete Fitted Kitchen with fridge/freeze, cooker, hob, microwave, & washing machine. Outdoors; large patio with table and chairs, small off road car parking at the house. Second Floor has Master bedroom, Queen bed and outdoor balcony; twin bedroom, both with good closets and Main bathroom with bath and shower. Third floor has fully tiled Roof top solarium, with neighbourhood view; equipped with sun beds, table and 4 chairs. Large private residential swimming pool (own key), Ten min walk from Mercadona shopping complex, restaurants and bars. Ten min drive from three superb golf courses. 500 yds to blue- flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Ten min drive from historic maritime of Torrevieja. Caretaker, keyholder and cleaning assistant next door.

Notes: The pool is a very short walk away, down alley, 30 sec. comprises of a special shallow area for small children surrounded by good fenches, benches for relaxing and outdoor shower after swimming. Whilst we specify non smoking, please feel free to smoke in the outside area. Towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The building has air-conditioning facilities in the Master bedroom with ceiling fans in living room and fans in other bedrooms. Electric heating oven for cold nights are placed in the living room at ground floor. A 50 euro cleaning fee will be collected in departure. A next door key holders, Linda and Peter, can meet and greet, give directions and hand over keys whilst ensuring you are made to feel at home. Light and a/c can be turned on to make sure your arrival at night or in a hot day is as pleasant as possible. They are also in to deal with any issues which may arise and advice on local interests and are in constant communication with us.
