A 210m2 villa with 3 bedrooms in a lovely neighbourhood in Orlando Florida. The house is situated in a fantastic area called Ventura Country Club which is guarded 24 hours a day. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, golf shop, swimmingpool, tennis court and a fitness room. In the club house there is also a restaurant and a bar. The area is not far away from Orlando airport ca. 20 km. and 30-40 km. from Sanford airport.The area is very well located and close by to all the great amusement parks like Disney world, Sea world, Wet and Wild, Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Canter. There are many great malls and restaurants in the area. The Ventura Country Club is well located and offers many wonderful facilities for guests

The house is located in the area Ventura Country Club which is a gated community with a 18 hole golf course. From the house there is a view to the golf course. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room,kitchen with a washing machine and a drier and there is a garage.The house includes everything you need, beds for 6 people and an extra sleeping count for two in the family room. There are two TV’s in the house, DVD player and a dishwasher and kitchen tools. There is a garden with a patio with garden furniture and some benches. The patio is whith screen. There is an air-condition in the house, shower and bathtubs in both bathrooms, sheets, towels and a hair-dryer.The house is for 6-8 people and has everything you need.

  • Airport shuttle service to and from Orlando airport is available and costs $60 one way for up to 4 passengers. For each additional passenger add $10.
  • Electricity and water is included in the rental price. Price for cleaning at the end of your stay is $125. The cleaning charge is mandatory and is not included in the rental price. The cleaning is charged at the end of your stay

Very nice place to spend your holliday, nice and friendly neighbourhood, everything we expected and more.
We will rent this house again next year.

Excelent Vacation Home and fantastic location

We had an excellent time in your villa, it is our 2nd time staying here, and once again it hasn´t disapointed.
It is well situated for all the parks and it is even possible to have a drive to Key West for a couple of days as we did; Well worth it!!
The house was clean and so was the sitting area outside (we took breakfast outside everyday). The 18 hole golf course was in wery good condition and it´s cheaply to play. The club house is lovely and the restaurant is wonderful. The swimmingpool, tenniscourt and the fitness room was clean og fantastic.

It really is a home from home and I would recommened anybody to stay here.
