Fully equipped and beautifully furnished, air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all rooms as well as the external covered dining area. Accommodation consists of a large family room with Leather sofa's, Large TV with cable & DVD/CD player. FREE broadband internet access. Open plan kitchen/breakfast nook, formal dining area. King and Queen suites with own TV's. Community tennis courts within 5 minute walk ( free of charge to guests ) Conveniently located just 15 minutes west of the I75. Local restaurants & supermarkets within walking distance. Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include utilities and taxes & pool heat which is solar, the nightly rate is pro -rota. Security deposit refunded within 30 days of vacating the property provided no breakages, missing items or excess electricity usage & excessive cleaning costs are reported on inspection by property manager.
    Payment accepted in GBP, USD or EUR. If paying by paypal - Euro's only, an extra % is levied to cover paypal fees. Reservation deposit for bookings of up to 2 weeks = £200 ($300 USD ) & non refundable in the event of cancellation. Deposit £300 ($400 USD )for bookings one month or more & same rules apply. Balance of rental is to be received by owner no later than two calendar months prior to arrival at the property. In addition there is a £200 / $400 Security deposit which will be refunded with a deduction of min $100 clean on exit fee within 30days of your vacating the property, provided that no missing items, damage or excessive electricity usage is reported on inspection by property manag

Perfect property in the perfect location....

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and we thought your house was just perfect for us. It had all we needed, it was very well fitted out and decorated and it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The only neighbour we saw was Henry the Crane. The pool was fantastic a great size and very private with a lovely outlook.
The surrounding area was ideal for getting to anywhere and anything quickly and easily. We spent two nights over at Disney and it was quick and painless to get over to Orlando.

My favourite part of the holiday was the easy access to the beach. I loved it and we spent lots of time in the sea, building sandcastles and looking for shells. We saw lots of dolphins and my son and me were only a few feet from a manatee about 15 feet off shore. We even had a shot at parasailing with the people on bridge street. That was an unforgettable experience for all of us.

This was our fourth visit to Florida, as a family holiday, and it was without doubt the best.

Our two week getaway to this villa was wonderful!!!
The location and home were so convenient after spending a day at the beach or just shopping...It was truly a home away from home!
We can't wait to go again soon.
