It is equipped with everything for your holiday - 3 master bedrooms all with marble lined ensuite bathrooms. 2 further bedrooms comprising a double room and a children's room with en suite and a bunk bed (double below) accommodate 3 children. Also included is a 2008 24 ft boat with 250 HP engine, and full instruction from an experienced skipper. This provides access to secluded beaches, fishing and is a great way to arrive at the local restaurants. All 3 master bedrooms are equipped with televisions. The 3rd storey viewing tower provides a secluded sunbathing spot and amazing views. Downstairs enjoy the use of a high quality pool table , a home cinema and a kids playroom including a wide selection of DVDs and Playstation 3 games.
