This beautiful apartment is located in a small development and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible (air conditioning, comfortable furniture, crisp linens, towels, refrigerator, stove, kitchen ware and utensils and cable TV with more than 30 channels). It sleeps up to 6 person and has two double bedrooms, modern bathroom, living room with dining area and terrace. There is also a large communal pool. A small market/grocery store is ca 150m down the road. The property is located in Becici village which boasts the famous Becici beach with crystal clear water, long promenade and friendly and safe atmosphere. Parasailing, water skiing and other water sports are available nearby. Romantic waterfront restaurants offering both local and international cuisine are a short stroll away as well as luxury spa and gym facilities of hotel Splendid. The historic city of Budva with its vibrant night life and shopping is a short taxi/car ride away.

The Budva Riviera is a wonderful stretch of coast with great beaches, green hills and fishing villages. Becici village is conveniently located close to the historical city of Budva and the Mediterranean jewel Sveti Stefan. A five star spa and gym complex at hotel Splendid is short walk away. For a romantic and a family dinner, a short stroll along the beach to a nearby village, Rafaelovici, is highly recommended. Our favorite is “Tre ribara” (“Three fishermen”). For late night clubbing, head to Budva. There are lots of bars and outdoor discotheques. The atmosphere is buzzing and very friendly. The local taxis are safe, cheap, equipped with meters and easily available. There is an option of a 20 min walk back to Becici along the beach promenade as well. To explore the country, UNESCO protected city of Kotor, national park Lovcen and magnificent lake Skadar (the largest in the Balkan Peninsula) are within 30 min drive.

  • Deposit to confirm the booking is 20% of total amount (minimum EUR 100). It is refundable if the cancellation occur at least 4 weeks before the arrival date. Payment is in advance, 4 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks in advance, the full amount is required to confirm the booking. A security deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. It is refundable on departure subject to final inventory and to returning the keys.
  • Christmas period (15 December to 15 January) is considered 'high season' and is charged according to the 'high season' rates.
  • We are happy to assist you the best we can during your stay with car hire, airport transfer through a reliable local operator, babysitting (May through September) and local information.

Comfort, location, views, excellent service - we loved everything about this place! The apartment was clean and well equipped and the views are spetacular. The owner was prompt responding to our enquiries and very helpful providing lots of local info and assisting us with airport transfers. Also, complimentary tea, coffee, water and cookies on our arrival were a nice touch.

We didn't have a car and truly enjoyed exploring the surroundings by walking everywhere. The beach is just a few minutes walk, so are excellent restaurants, bars, sports facilities and a great spa at Hotel Splendid. Budva old town is about 25 min walk. For those lazy days, taxis are cheap and plentiful.

Our only regret was not staying for longer and we are seriously considering coming back soon.
Owner's Response: Montenegro is a wonderful country to visit whether it is for a family holiday, a romantic getaway or a sightseeing trip. Budva Riviera, in general, and Becici area, in particular, is a perfect base, central yet quiet. We have designed and equipped the apartment to create a home feeling and to include everything our guests may need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And we are always happy to share our local knowledge with our guests!

The apartement was as we expected from your descriptions( clean , with no unusefull furniture so we had plenty of space) and we belive that it is very well situated at the same distance from Kotor , Cetinje , Lovcen , Budva , Sveti Stefan and Petrovac ( I mean in the meedle of this amaising region of Montenegro ). This feature permit us to explore ( by car ) every day new places. In our top the best was Deep Blue in Sveti Stefan ( quiet beach with extremely clear green- blue water ) and on the second place Lucice in Petrovac ( more animated beach ). The owner of the property was very nice .She expected us at the property at the time of our arrival with fresh water and cookies and promptly helped us to find the second parking place inside the property ( we had 2 cars)Also she was there ( smiling )when we demand a very early check out( at 5 o'clock in the morning) We all agree that we had a wonderful holiday , with your help in an amaising beautiful country .
