This is a 3 bedroom bungalow (newly renovated) with spectacular sea and mountain views. It is in a very peaceful location and is set in its own private garden. It has its own parking space. It has a private water supply and so is not affected when the local water supply is cut off - this is a daily occurrence in Summer. The house sleeps 5 and was recently furnished to a high standard. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated. The kitchen appliances are all new and include a smoothie maker - an abundance of fresh fruit is available locally. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach and two hotels - one a charming local hotel and the other a modern 4 star facility. The salt-water pool at the 4* hotel may be used by non guests for a minimal charge. There is a well stocked convenience store 1 minute from the house. The nearby beach is right on the Bay of Kotor and is surrounded by magnificent mountains. The location is positively stunning. Car hire is not necessary.

Overlooking the beautiful Bay of Kotor. 10 minutes drive from Unesco protected Kotor Town with many restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Kotor is a medieval town with narrow cobbled streets and wide defensive walls that you enter like a secret garden through a small stone arch. Kotor has a fruit and vegetable market on the quay, where jewellery is sold at night, lively nightlife that attracts hoards of glamorously-dressed young Montenegrins, and restaurants that spill onto cobbled squares and bougainvillea-draped terraces. Kotor Bay will fascinate you and you will feel the same when you leave it. It looks like the mountains have cracked and let the sea in. This is the southernmost fjord in Europe. The high mountains bend over the thin coastline thus protecting it from the severe climate from the north. The Bay is an oasis of Mediterranean vegetation: agave, palm, mimosa, oleander, kiwi, pomegranate, medicinal herbs... When its peaks are covered with snow roses bloom at the foothills.

One of our most memorable vacations, we absolutely fell in love with the town, the people, and the view from the property's terrace! The house is extremely functional and modern. An excellent choice for those who wish to discover the Montenegro coast and Kotor.

we spent a fab week in this house. located 5 minutes drive from kotor overlooking the fjord with great views, the house is ideal for couples or families in the nice village/town or prcanj. we ate outside each morning overlooking the kotor fjord. we were able to visit sveti stefan budvha petrovac and all around kotor in our hire car.
the house was a fabulous and comfortable base. many pleasant restaurants nearby alongside the fjord edge. bakery and general store nearby for every day provisions
highly recommended
we'd definitely go again
