This villa although of an older style is well maintained, has top class domestic equipment as well a being air-conditioned throughout. The pool terrace has a lovely infinity pool and is the perfect place to chill out, taking in the uninterrupted sea view towards the' magical' island of Es Vedra . At the rear of the villa there is a dining terrace with a built in BBQ. The private all weather tennis court in front of the villa is ideal for family and friendly tournaments, but not up to competition standard. The villa is only 400m away from steps that lead down to the small shingle beach of Cala Codolar, the closest sandy beach of Cala Conta (2.2Km) is only 5mins away by car. There are other properties close by should you want to link up with friends.

The villa is on the fringes of an urbanisation on the west coast of Ibiza. The closest beach (shingle) of Cala Codolar is only 400m away from the villa and the nearest sandy beach of Cala Conta 2.2km. From Cala Conta the nearby islands of the Bleades and S'espata provide a perfect setting for the famous Ibizan sunsets when weather conditions are right. The nearby village of Sant Josep has an interesting tapas bar El Destino which also doubles as a art gallery various other restaurants and a juice bar Es Raco Verde often has live music sessions in the evening. The main town of Ibiza only 20mins away by car in winter has a quiet relaxed atmosphere, the main square the Vara Del Rey is an ideal place to meet friends and relax or wander up the old town taking in the views to arrive at the cathedral and museum at the top again another magnificent view over the town and marina. Ibiza in the winter is a relaxed tranquil place a time when locals and residents relax.

Sport rock climbing and traditional climbing courses or guiding can be arranged by a qualified instructor Power trekking with guide. Bird watching, we frequently have flamencos at Salinas, Ibiza's salt flats. Boat hire with skipper, a day trip to Ibiza's sister island Formentera or a fishing trip.

Transport: In the summer there is a publis bus service, it runs between Cala Conta via Club Delfin to Sant Antoni. The villa is within walking distance of Club Delfin.

We all loved the house and the view. In real even better than the pictures.

Wij hebben het met ons vieren heel erg super fantastisch naar ons zin gehad. Het uitzicht is echt "amazing".. De omgeving ook mooi.
Het huis erg prettig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Waren wel blij dat we een auto hebben gehuurd van uit Nederland.
Volgend jaar willen we het zeker weer boeken.
