This very popular, modern apartment is located on the popular Costalita complex on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit in Estepona. There is a good sized terrace with relaxing comfortable seating that overlooks the tropical and Mediterranean gardens, plus one of the pools. The second terrace has an awning to provide protection from the sun. There is an outside dining area for up to six people. The apartment has a king-size en-suite bedroom with two further twin bedrooms one en suite plus one extra family bathroom. This apartment is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay and the lounge provides Sky television. There is also secure communal parking for a car. Costalita is a modern and well maintained complex with gardens that have rivers running through them and a small lake at one end. There are lovely walkways through the gardens, which take you down to the waterfront and beach. As an added benefit, there is 24 hour security and the development is gated.

Costalita is a very popular urbanisation, which is maintained to very high standards. It is very well located on the beach-side of the Guadalmina exit of the A7/N340 road between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara. There are numerous bars and restaurants within just a ten minute walk. The beach is only a 250 metre walk through the well maintained and pretty gardens. Puerto Banus would be about a ten minute drive and Estepona is about five minutes drive.

Car hire and airport transfers: We can also arrange good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local family car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a competitive quote.

Private boat charter: If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange excursions from Estepona port. The boat can be hired for a half day for up to eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)

Tourist attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
