Photos and Description of this New Golden Mile holiday villa We welcome families and young groups in this property. 10 mins to Puerto Banus

This villa would suit large groups looking to visit the Costa del Sol on a budget. The villa is split up into five seperate apartments each with a double bed, bathroom. Four of the five have their own kitchen and three also have their own lounge. Several of the apartments also provide local TV and the largest apartment offers a selection of English TV also. The apartments all share a central courtyard with a large swimming pool with many sun loungers provided. To the side of the pool you are provided with your own Bodega with a bar area and extra seating. there is a good sized barbeque. The pool area provides a great place to sunbathe and relax. Next door to the villa is a horse riding stables. Guests may go horse riding (for a small fee) on request. Beginners to advanced riders are catered for. You may go riding on the beach or through the countryside. We welcome both families as well as young groups. Puerto Banus is a ten minute drive away. Good location for exploring Costa del Sol.

The villa is located between Estepona and San Pedro about 2KM from the beach in the El Velerin area on the road towards Selwo. There are two very popular inexpensive restaurants about a five minute walk away. There is also a campsite close by. The villa is owned by a local riding school and they are happy to provide you with horse riding sessions. Puerto Banus is a ten minutes drive away or about 16 Euros by taxi. Here you will find plenty of lively bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

A cot with high chair combination may be rented for 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. A high speed internet USB dongle may be provided for a one off charge of 20 Euros plus the cost of pay-as-you-go data 20 Euros=150 Megabytes; 40 Euros=400 Megabytes or 60 Euros = 1 Gigabyte.
A 30% deposit is required within seven days of booking. The balance may then be paid either on arrival in Euros cash or at least six weeks prior to arrival. We may take payment on arrival by credit card, however, this is subject to a 1.5% handling charge. The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival. This will be returned to the same credit card within seven days of your departure providing there is no damage to the apartment. Refundable security deposit required: €300
The prices given are for up to ten people. Extra single beds may be provided to sleep up to 16 people. The cost per extra person is 100 euros per week more for more then ten people occupancy.

Tourist attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
