This new modern villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of about 500 meter square with a Pool ( 5 meter X 10 meter). The house is on 2 floors and benefit of wide French doors with wonderful view on the garden, the Pool and the Mediterranean sea. The first floor has direct access to the garden and the Pool. There is an open kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace. A master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and tube. The ground floor has a queen bedroom, a single bedroom , a bedroom with double sofabed, a bathroom with shower.

This exclusive house is set in the municipality of Dolcedo. It is located on a hill in a very secluded and relaxing area, with wonderful view over the Valley, the village of Dolcedo, Imperia and last but not least the Mediterranean sea. It is 7 km far from the center of the village of Dolcedo , 5 km from the village of Civezza and 7 km far from Imperia and the beaches. The ideal location of the house, allows our guests to do many activities. During the summer, one can enjoy the Pool, the sea, while in Autumn and Spring our guests can explore the wonderful nature of the Mediterranean Alps by ffeet, with mountain bike or on horse riding
