Getting Around in Gozo.:
An easy way to travel is with the local buses which are cheap and very frequent. A ferry service is available between Malta and Gozo which runs approximately every hour. Diving in Xlendi:
The islands of Gozo, Malta and Comino are most probably, the only remaining Mediterranean islands still totally unspoilt, with Gozo being a haven for scuba divers from all over the world. The warm crystal clear waters ensure perfect diving in Gozo. One can enjoy the drop offs, caves, tunnels, grottos and spectacular scenery for which Gozo dives are renowned. Combine this with the profuse marine life and you have a diving photographer's paradise. Beginners may want to simply have a one time experience or follow through a course and get certified. Our bay is perfect to conduct courses in. It starts off knee deep and gets gradually deeper. Not only is it a safe, ideal bay but it is also offers great bio diversity and students get to see numerous species of fish, crustaceans and algae while they learn how to dive.

GOZO, or GHAWDEX [Awdesch] as it is locally known, lies 20 minutes away by ferry from Malta. Measuring about one third the size of Malta it has a character quite distinct from Malta, it is more a fishing and farming community and the countryside is greener and more spectacular.
