Fully furnished to a very high standard, with beaches and golf nearby.

Hacienda La Puebla is a fantastic, low rise residential development. The gated Complex is situated in the typically Spanish village of La Puebla a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches of Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor.

Number 4 BB, will sleep up to six, is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to a very high standard.

This small development has its own special character, and benefits from children's play area, large swimming pool (including children's pool area) with local amenities just a short walk away. The complex has it's own cafe-bar with ample outdoor seating for those long hot days. The property is south facing, and the large private balcony is not overlooked, ideal for relaxing from breakfast time to late in the evening.

Approximately 5 minutes easy reach to beaches and numerous golf courses, and well serviced from the airports of Murcia(15 mins drive) and Alicante(55 mins drive), Hacienda La Puebla makes for the ideal location for the entire family.

Beaches:

Numerous beaches, mostly blue flag standards are within a short drive, and ideally located around the sunny calm warm waters of the Mar Menor Sea.

Water Sports:

Several water sports centres operate along the coast line and La Manga, with kite surfing off the north part of Los Narejos beach being particularly popular.

Golf:

The Costa Calida is also known as the 'Costa Del Golf'. The area is a golfers paradise, with Roda Golf, La Manga Golf and Country Club, La Torre and Polaris World Mar Menor, all within the immediate vicinity. There are also several more courses opening very soon.

Sightseeing/Cultural:

30 minutes to the north west lies the capital of the province, Murcia Town, with its history, culture, shopping and shaded streets, ideal for lunch on those hot midsummer days. 15 minutes south is the city of Cartagena, once a famous naval base, now a mix of vibrant old and new with a fantastic marina, and city walls encapsulating bustling streets of restaurants

Complex Facilities:

The complex includes a fantastic large swimming pool, with chidrens area, open from early to late. In addition there is a childrens playground, with soft floor area. For family fun try the floodlit French boules court, or just relax in the private gardens.

Within a very short walk on the edge of the development lies an trendy, brand new cafe bar, serving international beers and spirits as well as snacks, sit inside in the air-conditioned environment or outside in the sunshine or shade.

Adjacent to the development is a typical Spanish restaurant serving lunchtime tapas, and sangria on draft..!

Village Amenities:

Traditonal local bakery selling its own fresh, daily made bread. In addition the village boasts a bank, coffee shop, chemist, supermarket and newsagents. All details are included in an information pack within the apartment for newly arriving clients.

Great holiday

Excellent apartment, very clean and well equipped. The owners are very helpful and there was plenty of local information left in the apartment.
The village is very friendly and has it's own bar, restaurant and bakery which makes some very nice bread and pastries. This is an ideal place to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday either sitting on the balcony or enjoying the swimming pool which is a good size and suitable for all ages.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definately be going back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We have been twice to this apartment, its a great place to go for a holiday, a peaceful village with restaurant, supermarket, bakery and bar on the doorstep or a short car ride to the livelier Alcazares where the beach is divine with an abundance of really good bars and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and keen to make our stay enjoyable,the information booklet left in the apartment, provided everything we needed and the apartment itself was very well stocked. Anyone wanting a relaxing enjoyable holiday for all the family wont be dissappointed here and we will certainly be looking to book again soon.

My family and I stayed at this apartment last August we had a great time!!!! The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard with everything you could possibly want from a holiday apartment there!! It is a few miles from the main resort of Los Alcazares but the owners have the number of a very reasonable & reliable taxi driver (Roger)....We found this holiday very relaxing but with the choice of going to town or staying on the balcony.....Owners had great communication through out booking and I would consider going back ....THANKS AGAIN

We stayed at this apartment in Sept 08 and had excellent service. We were met at the apartment for personal handover of keys. The apartment and village was more than we expected. We found the amenities in the village very good and it was just a short ride to the beach. We are planning to return to this apartment next year
