It is made up of 12 apartment blocks of 6 apartments each, nestled in lavish gardens featuring 5 swimming pools. Ours is located in Block 6 on the ground floor. It is comprised of 2 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Guest toilet. Large ultra-modern fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Utilities room with washer/dryer, pantry. Dining room. Living room with large satellite TV. Huge garden terrace with sitting/aperitif area and dining area, with panoramic views of Marbella, the Mediterranean sea, and Africa. Underground parking. Direct access to the 5 swimming pools and gardens of the urbanisation.
