Casa del Risco is a tranquil country property in the Los Alcornocales Natural Park in Andalucia, in Southern Spain, just thirty minutes from the Costa del Sol. The house, whilst secluded, is only 500 metres from the 'pueblo blanco' of Jimena de la Frontera, a sizeable community with over 9,000 inhabitants with a number of shops, bars and restaurants.The house has four double bedrooms with up-to-date facilities, two living rooms, kitchen, terrace and pool. Set in 1.4 hectares, mainly hillside, there are also lawns and sun terraces. Casa del Risco is furnished in a simple Spanish style with the benefit of modern facilities throughout, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and radiators in bedrooms and bathrooms and central heating and air conditioning in the living areas.

Casa del Risco is located in Jimena de la Frontera in a National Park, Los Alcornocales in the Cadiz province of Andalucia. It is only 30 minutes from Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol, and there are many pretty white villages nearby including Gaucin which is 30 minutes drive. Beach resorts of Estepona, Puerto de la Duquesa and Casares are approximately 45 minutes drive and Marbella is only an hour away. The region is served by airports at Gibraltar, Jerez and Malaga. The numerous golf courses nearby include Sotogrande, Valderrama, Alcaidesa and San Roque. Ronda with its spectacular gorge is only an hours drive and Granada is two and a half hours drive.

Large living room opening onto a terrace offering both indoor and outdoor eating and living areas. The terrace has its own built-in barbeque area. Study/TV room with Sky/Spanish satellite and computer broadband connection both wired and wireless. Swimming pool with terrace and refrigerated drinks facilities, lawn and garden.

First Floor: Master bedroom with dressing room, fitted cupboards, ensuite shower room and French doors to secluded terrace. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, large fitted wardrobes and private entrance.

Second Floor: Two double bedrooms both with French doors opening onto a large south-facing sun terrace and linked by a shared ensuite bathroom.

Golf: Casa del Risco is within 30-35 minutes of around half a dozen top championship courses that include Sotogrande, Valderrama, and San Roque. There is probably a greater concentration of top courses on this part of the Costa del Sol than anywhere else in Europe. Other courses around 30 minutes away include Alcaidesa, Almenara, La Reserva and La Canada. Around 45 minutes drive are courses at Estapona, Casares and Duquesa. Further along the Costa, around an hour or so away, there are many top courses in the Marbella area with easy access to Puerto Banus famous for its extensive bars, restaurants and nightlife.
