With over 660 acres of landscape devoted to golf course, lakes, wetlands, conservation areas and a 70-acre Nature Park, it is ideal for the nature-lover. The Audubon International 18-hole Championship Golf Course features challenging holes in an exquisite setting. The River Club offers tennis, bars, dining, fitness center, spa, resort and lap pools. Built in 2005, the house is 1,700 sqft, has 2 bedrooms and a den/office with internet. The furniture and house ware are totally new. It is very tastefully furnished throughout. Angled Ceramic tiles. Large 42” television, DVD & tape system. Ceilings with crown moldings, recessed lightnings, fans, designer custom paint. Wir waren im Juli zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben die Zeit wirklich genießen können. Alles war wie beschrieben. Das großzügige Haus ist exzellent gepflegt, neuwertig und komfortabel eingerichtet. In der Anlage befinden sich zwei große Gemeinschaftspools, die beide nicht stark frequentiert waren. Tennisplätze sind vorhanden. Im Clubhaus befindet sich ein PC zur kostenfreien Nutzung. Fitness-Raum gegen Gebühr.

Zum nahen Nokomis-Stand sind es 10 Autominuten. Der Strand ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Duschen, WC und kostenlose Parktplätze vorhanden.
Der schönste Strand mit Quarzsand haben wir in Sarasota gefunden. Siesta Key - ca. 30 Autominuten, die sich absolut lohnen.

Als Restaurant können wir POPS SUNSET GRILL in Nokomis, Circuit Road, empfehlen. Nicht vom Äußeren abschrecken lassen. Freitags "All you can eat" White Polluck (Kabeljau) für 9,99 $.
Ferner das Olive Garden in Sarasota, Tamiami Trail. Italienisches Essen. Zu jedem Essen Suppe oder Salat so viel man essen kann. Am Wochenende unbedingt reservieren.

Für Shoppingfans ist das Miromar Outlet in Fort Meyers genau das Richtige.
I 75, Ausfahrt 123 und dann links. Ca. 1 Stunde Autofahrt.

Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Unsere Fragen wurden vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub immer umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die gute Betreuung.

Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Hier kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen.
