With a terrific view on the great nature old trees Mediterranean flora and perfumes and wonderful landscape, just 5 minutes from all the activities. This new build villa with private pool has not only a great location: quiet, near to the beach and historical centre. Here you can find also all the facilities you need in your stay with high level comfort in a safe place for your children. For all this reason this is a great accommodation for families or little party, for people who are looking for a nice compromise between relax and comfort, at the right rate. Building this villa we used the typical local materials and we had a look to the environment protection. From the use of the water to the all A class house appliances. And we also had a look for the design quality as the owner is an architect. In the hill behind the villa you can easy see: hawk, sheep and goats.

Peaceful retreat

This villa worked out well for us with our two children, with all the facilities we needed and its not to far from alghero and the beaches. The location was very peaceful and with Giuseppe looking after us very well, it was very relaxing. I would recommend to all. The only thing we could have done with is a dvd player for the children.

Wohlfühlambiente für die ganze Familie

Wir haben alles angetroffen wie beschrieben; die dargestellten Bilder haben das Haus gut dargestellt. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll. Die große Terrasse war unser Sommerwohnzimmer.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt: Wäsche und Handtücher in schönen Qualitäten und sehr ausreichend, sogar für den Pool oder Strand. Wechselwäsche nach einer Woche fanden wir auch sehr angenehm.
Der Vermieter pflegt Haus, Garten und Pool mit viel Liebe, was zu der tollen Wohlfühtatmosphäre führt.
Die guten Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Strände und Restaurants waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Man hatte das Gefühl, immer mit Hilfe und Unterstützung rechnen zu können.
Danke, wir hatten mit zwei kleinen Kindern einen sehr erholsamen und idealen Urlaub. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen und hoffen einmal wiederzukommen!

Alghero Villa

Accommodation is clean and basic. The villa is suitable for four people (four adults or two adults-two teenagers) but bedrooms are a little small. Kitchen good but it would have been useful/nice to have some additional glasses/crockery.

The garden chairs/recliners were not comfortable, as they have no padding and there is little room around the pool to place them. Sunbathing on the terrace was fine, however, as the pool is only a few yards away.

The villa is located in a beautiful spot a few kilometres from the town. Car absolutely essential.

Owners are very nice and extremely helpful.
Owner's Response: Our aim is give a confortable accomodation for a reasonable rate (both in standard and lasat minute cases) and we achive our goal whenever people have a good time. We are always commited to improve our services, but we are not looking to give a luxury accomodation (whic should have a significant increase of the rates), we just assured a lovely time in a pleasant place for the right rate.

After our second holiday at this villa I can once again knowing that we will return there! Everything is just as described in the advert and we had a great time once again. The property was clean, tidy and the owner was very helpful and friendly. This property is a very quiet location yet, by car, we were 5 minutes away from great beaches in one direction and the busy town of Alghero in the other. Frankly, we can't wait to return.

Very pleasant place, quiet and in a green area.Very friendly and helpfull owners. You need a car to get to anything else.
