Deluxe split level 3 bed 2 bath apartment on a delightful complex with communal pool situated in the centre of Puerto del Carmen.The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped and will accommodate up to 6. The upper floor has the master double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading to its own furnished private balcony offering sea views. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin bedded room and both bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom with full bath, overhead shower, washbasin set in marble, toilet and bidet. On the lower floor is the 3rd Double Bedoom and a shower room, modern kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and electrical appliances, plus a utility/drying room with washing machine. The lounge/dining area is bright and open plan with digital SKY satellite TV and DVD player and is furnished with a comfortable leather suite, dining table and cushioned chairs and patio doors lead to the private terrace with comfortable chairs and sunloungers

    Rates are for up to four persons staying in the Duplex. There is a charge of £75.00 per week for every extra person up to Six.
    We accept credit cards for payment with paypal.
    Please note that there is a 3.6% charge per Credit Card transaction when paying by Visa or Mastercard.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GUESTS SHOULD HAVE HOLIDAY INSURANCE
  • Terms:
    Bookings are from 14.00 hrs on arrival date to 10.00 hrs on date of departure (we can sometimes be flexible depending on incoming or outgoing guests).
    A £100.00 per week deposit is payable on confirmation of bookings. Infants under 2 are free and are our guests
    The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
    £100 damages deposit required 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday.

The main resorts are concentrated in the centre and south of the island, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, and Playa Blanca. The most popular resort is Puerto Del Carmen with over 5 kms of golden beaches, rocky divides, palm trees and an abundance of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants offering something that will tempt everyone!

Car Hire: We can arrange competitively priced Car Hire during your holiday in Lanzarote with the largest and most reputable car hire company on the Island who offer the very latest models Corsa to Cadillac. Please ask for a quotation. Vehicles can be collected and returned to airport. Prices include unlimited mileage. Also child seats are available at NO charge. (up to €35 per week from some other car rental companies.)

Golf Course: There is a NEW 18 hole golf course just on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen just a few minutes away from Casa Claire.. There is also another course in Costa Teguise about half an hours drive away.

I would highly recommend this property it has 3 great bedrooms,2 baths ,fully fitted kitchen ,ps2,video player,air com,it is the best apartment we have ever rented ,and we have been renting private accomodation for the last 7 years,in the canaries and mainland europe,we had are 2 boys with us 14/15 and they thought the apt was great as well 10/10.
