Apartment in typical Mediterranean white villa

This beautiful single property has a spectacular view of the sea. It is surrounded by a big garden with Sardinian trees and the sea is only 250 metres of distance by the house. The protected marine area of the islands of Tavolara and Molara is only 20 minutes away with a small boat; there you can spend a day in the wild nature. From the big terrace of the top floor apartment you can taste lovely spaghetti or lasagne dishes with a natural panorama in front of you. All the facilities are very near to the house by walking: the market, the bars and restaurants. The town is only 10 minutes by car, there are the airport, the ferries and the big shopping centre. There is a public service to reach by bus the city centre; otherwise we rent bicycles for 12 euros per day. Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are very glamorous and fashionable places and are 20 and 15 minutes drive by car away.

Pittulongu is the nearest marine village to the city of Olbia; it is very simple but picturesque. The beaches are very white and sandy and the sea it is just amazing celestial. The houses are very well mixed with the landscape, the nature is the protagonist of this beautiful part of Sardinia, here you can find the right place where to rest but also to have fun at the same time if you want to. The protected marine area of the islands of Tavolara and Molara is only 20 minutes by small boat, there you can find a small restaurant and a small cemetery, the rest is all celestial sea, white sand and granite stone. The glamour Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are far enough in order to not annoy you, but at the same time close enough to entertain you if you like. There are some interesting archaeological areas around: the holy Hell of ‘Sa Testa’, the ‘Graves of Giants’, the typical ‘Nuraghi’, the roman ruins of the city of Olbia, ancient churches and the ruins of an old castle called ‘Pedres’.
