A £100 deposit will be required to confirm a reservation. The full balance will be required 6 weeks prior to your visit. Your security deposit will be required on collection of the keys and remote parking barrier controller. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your booking every effort will be made to find an alternative option (i.e. in the Hotel) but if not available our only commitment will be to refund in full all monies paid. The is primarily a residential leasehold property and the lease has certain restrictions which include, no washing to be visible from the outside of the building, no pets, no annoyance to other residents for example, regarding noise or parking. Visitors and tenants must comply with these requirements, in the event of substantiated complaints the renters would be asked to leave. The grassed area between the building and the beach belongs to the Hotel, although the path to the beach west of the building is the residents of the Sea house right of way.

Smoking

There is strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment or within the building communal areas.
