It has a bedroom for 2, a living room with TV satellite and a very comfortable king size sofa bed for 2 people sleep, balcony and a kitchen area.Beach 30 meters. LUNA HOUSE , Central apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Varenna Lake Como . All the building belongs to the family owner living in the same property. The apartment offers the best services as everything is quite close ,bars restaurants shops pharmacy from 7 tpo 40 meters. The lake is only 30 meters and the ferry dock is only 300 meters far.The train station is only 300 meters.The Villa Cipressi and Villa Monastero are only 70 meters far.
