We offer two charming, fully furnished apartments in the heart of Paris, with Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral as only vis-à-vis. br - One studio apartment for 2 to 3 people, - One 3-room apartment for 4 to 5 people (2 bedrooms). The building is located just on the bank of the Seine river (Quai de Montebello 75005 Paris), in one of the most typical and central areas of the city. 3 minutes by foot from main subway and regional train station (RER Saint Michel Notre Dame), 10 minutes from the major attractions (Louvre, Saint Germain des Pres, Ile de la Cite & Saint-Louis, Hotel de Ville...). 40 minutes by train direct from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. The very complacent landlord, M. Thomas, will be pleased to show you around at your arrival if you plan to visit this nice area. Feel free to ask for any specific needs to enjoy your trip.

To expectations were met

As a goup of 4 adults we loved this apartment, it was central to transport both metro and river. It was furnished very nice with tasteful decoration and had everything that we were needing to complete our stay in Paris. All very clean.
We completed all of activities except the Catacoombes - they seem to be shut quite a few days and are quite hard to find when you get off the metro.
We ate locally and usually in casual bars rather than resturants - all very pleasant.
Found an internet cafe around the corner that was reasonable priced and open quite late.

Perfect Paris Location

The location of this apartment could not be beat. It well exceeded our expectations. It was more than enough room for 4 of us. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Owner met us at the appointed time at the apartment and gave us information about nearby groceries, restaurants, etc. The building was very secure. If when it was in the 80s in Paris, the apartment did not seem too warm with the windows opened. Loved the view of Notre Dame. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris and would recommend this apartment to friends.

We stayed there in june 2009, and had a wonderful experience. The flat was everything we hoped it would be. We slept on the couch in the front room, and it was comfortable. You really do have that view! The location was fabulous.

the owners were most welcoming and supportive.

The lift worked well too.

Truly a great view of Notre Dame out of the living/dining room and both bedrooms. We loved being able to walk to so many places from this great location. Be prepared for city noises, however we loved them. The owners are very helpful in person and via email. The Batobus has a pick up area one block from here. It will easily transport you, by boat, to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Tuileries, Champs Elysee etc... There are numerous cafes and markets nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!

Great location, mind-boggling views

We stayed a week in the 2 bedroom apartment and loved it. The views from all five front windows were filled with Notre Dame - just as pictured - and the back windows had lovely views of the rooftops. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out in the living room. The host was welcoming and drew a little map of the neighborhood to show us the location of food shops. It was spacious and reasonably well-equipped. One minor note: the dryer is part of a washer-dryer combo which worked only with small loads and 180 minutes of drying!
