We offer two charming, fully furnished apartments in the heart of Paris, with Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral as only vis-à-vis. br - One studio apartment for 2 to 3 people, - One 3-room apartment for 4 to 5 people (2 bedrooms). Each apartment has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom, W/C, and provides broadband internet (WIfi). Both apartments were recently renovated. The building is located just on the bank of the Seine river (Quai de Montebello 75005 Paris), in one of the most typical and central areas of the city. 3 minutes by foot from main subway and regional train station (RER Saint Michel Notre Dame), 10 minutes from the major attractions (Louvre, Saint Germain des Pres, Ile de la Cite & Saint-Louis, Hotel de Ville...). 40 minutes by train direct from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. The very complacent landlord, M. Thomas, will be pleased to show you around at your arrival if you plan to visit this nice area. Feel free to ask for any specific needs to enjoy your trip.

Great Apartment in great location!

This is a lovely compact studio apartment for spending a few days in Paris. Clean and well stocked kitchen and a newly refurbished bathroom. Great location for metro and bus stops with fantastic view of Notre Dame and the Seine. Thomas was very good to communicate with to set things up and the whole booking process went smoothly and efficiently. On arriving in Paris he was very charming and helpful, with maps and guide books left in the apartment. Although it is on the 5th floor there is a good lift which takes 2 people and 2 large cases.It is very secure as you have to get through 3 doors just to get to the foyer from the street!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this studio to anyone coming to Paris and hopefully will be back very soon myself!

Excellent View & Location

My husband & I have just returned from our holiday in Paris, we stayed in this apartment for a week.
The owner met us on arrival the view was breath taking and a pleasure to wake up to each morning.
Good location plenty of shops and places to eat near by.
Good bakery's with beautiful pasteries not to be missed.
We visited the Lovure, we went to the top of the Tower, went to Euro Disney, visited Notre Dome, & watched the Tour de France and had a fab time.
The apartment was clean tidy and had everyting you needed. If you are visiting Paris this is the place to be.
( suitable to all age groups.) Advice book the Paris shuttle to and from the airport well worth it.

Perfect holiday apartment

Location, location, location! It could not be better. All tourist attractions are within walking distance or if you don't feel like walking all train/metro stations are close by, the same as boat tours. Neigbourhood was full of cafes/bakeries/bars whatever you wish for. We ended up having breakfast or enjoying glass of wine in apartment as the view from windows on Notre Dame was jus breathtaking. We really enjoyed the stay and totally recommend this lovely studio apartment either if you are passionate tourist or if you are looking for just a romantic getaway!

Excellent location in Paris!

Thomas and Bernard were so accommodating! Apartment was wonderful. Large Living Space with dining table, Two full bedrooms, separate toilet area, kitchen with washer/dryer combo, hot plate, microwave, frig, dishwasher. A lift that could hold four people!!

Look right over the Seine at Notre Dame. Walk to St. Michel Subway/RER stop and go anywhere.

No negatives, but get instructions for the television and the washer dryer. We figured out the washer dryer but could not get the television to work.

We had two adults and two adult children and we had plenty of room.

Thank you so much for a wonderful trip.

View to a Thrill in Paris

Fantastic flat, we were given the large flat that sleeps 4. It was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The views are amazing, if we had stayed in a hotel with that view it would cost thousands. It also has a lift. Kitchen was a good size and the bathroom was large and loads of hotwater. Internet we didnt use but the tv channels were good (if you watch it)

Only negatives, a bit noisy but it is central Paris. It was also a bit cold in the living room as there are no curtains, but then they spoil the view.

The owners were very nice people. The flat is close to all amenties and the metro is 100 yrds away, which has a line to gard nord.

Overall, we will stay again very soon, thanks bernard
