New to the rental market, Woodbine cottage is situated on a very quiet country lane just outside the village of Saltfleetby on the east coast of north Lincolnshire. There are no neighbours ( the village is 200m away), and the cottage sits in its own 2 acre plantation which is mostly given over to trees & grasses. So if you like tranquillity and privacy you will feel at home here. There are mature gardens to front and rear which are tended & are ideal for relaxation & enjoyment by families. The garden has a charcoal fired barbeque and a large patio - particularly enjoyable in the evenings which are incredibly peaceful. Inside, there are two double bedrooms and one with bunk bed for the children. The main double bedroom contains a gorgeous four poster & all bedrooms have quality antique pine fitments. The bathroom at the cottage is a real pleasure to use as it is very spacious & includes a 2 to 3 person sauna, a real slice of luxury after a hard day on the beach.

Saltfleetby has a rich history and nearby Saltfleet was once an important east coast port. Woodbine cottage is just a few miles from the east coast resort of Mablethorpe, and mid way between the resorts of Cleethorpes and Skegness. The area is renown for it's glorious sandy beaches and wildlife sanctuaries. Also within easy reach (approx 8 miles) is the historic town of Louth which has all of the facilities you may need such as cinema, theatre, very nice pubs & supermarkets. There are many fishing ponds of a good quality in the area.
