Ideally located near the metro, the flat is in the heart of Paris. This newly renovated flat, very peaceful, is located in the 12th district of Paris. The flat is the perfect gate for a successful true Parisian stay. There are supermarkets nearby. There are plenty of fashionable bars and restaurants nearby. The famous place of Bastille is reachable in less than 20 minutes by walking. Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included CD player, TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bedroom, bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.
