Photos and Description of this Kamperland holiday chateau / country house

The holiday home is situated in the country side away from the noises of the tourist attractions that are so plentiful at not more than 2 km away. There is a spacious terrace and garden on the south side from where you can enjoy the ever changing skies that are so characteristic for the area. Also off season or on a rainy day, the home is comfortable with its central heating, cosy living room and kitchen. Even inside you feel a bit like being outside, because of the light and closeness to the fields outside where you may spot some wildlife. Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen/dining room, both suitable for 6 or more people. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with beds for 6 adults and space for an additional child bed. There is radio, TV and video player. Some videos, games and books are available for our guests. Now with renovated floors and bathroom with second toilet upstairs.

For many tourists the former island of Noord-Beveland means beach, sea and lakes. About 2 km to the south of the holiday home is the lake Veerse Meer. 7 km east and north you find the North Sea and Oosterschelde. All possible water sports can be undertaken from swimming and sailing to diving and kite surfing. Furthermore there are great opportunities for walking and cycling in the country side and nature reserves. Several picturesque old towns are at a distance of less than 20 km. Several resorts at a few km from the home offer entertainment of all sorts for the young and old. In the village of Kamperland at 2 km from the home you find shops, restaurants, bicycle hire, etc.

  • Week: Saturday 15.00 pm to next Saturday 10.00 am
  • Prices include costs of water and energy. Prices excluding a charge of € 45 for end cleaning. Bed linen can be rented (please book in advance) at a rate of € 8 per set. Upon arrival a key deposit of € 100 is charged, which is repaid upon return of the key at departure.

Großartiger Urlaub

Das war spitze! Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 2 Hunde, hatten ein tollen Urlaub in Kamperland. Das Haus entspricht der Online-Beschreibung, es war sauber und funktionell. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen.
Die Betreuung bei An- und Abreise war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich.
Die Entfernungen zu den Stränden und den grösseren Städte sind kurz. Im Umkreis von25 Kilometern ist alles vorhanden, was einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Die Öffnungszeiten des einzigen Supermarktes vor Ort sind allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für alle Urlaub die Samstags anreisen: Seid rechtzeitig in Kamperland, denn der Supermark schliesst am Samstag um 17.00 Uhr (!). Dann gibt es nur noch einen "Bio-Laden" mit teilweise gesalzenen Preisen. Soweit wir zum Essen ausgegangen sind, war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis o.k.
Alles in allem! Es war ein toller Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr erholt und, wie gesagt, unseren Kindern hat es gefallen - und das war das Wichtigste.

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit unschlagbarem Feldblick verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Wir und die Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Manko für die Hunde war die steile Treppe, was aber in Holland nicht ungewöhnlich ist und mit ein klein wenig Übung auch überwunden wurde. Der Strand ist sehr schön und hundegeeignet. Das Haus in dieser herrlich ruhigen Umgebung ist für Leute die Erholungsurlaub machen wollen absolut empfehlenswert. Wer ein wenig mehr Trubel mag ist mit dem Auto schnell in den ca 20 bis 30 km in den grösseren Orten Domburg, Middelburg oder Vlissingen. Aber auch in Kamperland findet man alles was man braucht, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind vorhanden. Für uns war das ein perfekter Urlaub, wir konnten prima die Seele baumel lassen und haben die Natur genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder ...

Ruhiger Urlaub auf dem Land

Ein ursprüngliches Haus, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit genügend viel Platz. Mit dem Auto kann man das nahegelegene Kamperland erreichen, Idel für Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarf.
Der 7 km entfernte Strand ist allerdings nicht so schön und man ist angehalten weitere Strecken zu fahren.
Ideal für Urlauber, die eine Startpunkt suchen um von diesem Zeeland und Beveland zu erkunden.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately, during the stay of these guests, work was being carried out at this beach for safety purposes. The beach now is as beautiful as usual again.
