The enchanting Chateau le Treillac is located in Alles sur Dordogne, in the centre of the Périgord, in the middle of Bergerac, Périgueux and Sarlat. Chateau le Treillac lies between “Buisson de Cadouin”, Le Bugue and Limeuil - renowned as some of the most beautiful villages in the region. Chateau le Treillac has over 300 square feet of living space, which is divided equally over the three floors and is situated within 4 acres of grounds, and overlooks the town hall and school. It is also next to the municipal tennis courts and has private access to the river Dordogne where anglers can go fishing at any time. On the ground floor the central hallway leads onto a fully equipped kitchen that in turn connects through to a playroom and TV room. On the other side, the kitchen opens out onto a living room with a dining area. There is also a downstairs loo. On the first floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a family room containing a double bed, single bed, cot & washbasin and a further double bedroom with sink and a shower-room. On the second floor there are 4 further bedrooms, a triple with a double & a single & a sink, another triple with 3 single beds & sink, a twin room and a double room featuring a king size bed. There are also 2 shower rooms, one with lavatory.

This is a family house where the owners live when it is not rented, and we are happy to share the privilege of living in this wonderful house for the holiday season with other families. We have made alterations and changes to improve the ease, security, and comfort to our renters as we hope you appreciate them. This house will never be a 21st century house and that is exactly the reason why we love it!
