The 11th century Chateau Le Bou offers superb accommodation for 9 people in a main building completely independent of the chateau. Set in the heart of the Dordogne, guests will be delighted with the atmosphere of this old building at the Chateau Le Bou. The Chateau Le Bou's private swimming pool is set below the terrace, the pool is floodlit allowing for evening BBQ’s and dips. There is a private tennis court available to all guests (tennis coaching is possible). This is a warm and characteristic chateau holiday, at outstanding value for money. A quick note the pool isn't visible from the main aerial picture because it was not built when the photograph was takent! The pool is just in front of the house on the second terrace. We are centrally situated in the heart of the PERIGORD enabling visitors to enjoy all aspects of the Dordogne. The Château le Bou is also perfectly situated for visiting the wine regions; Bergerac is 60km away, and Saint Emilion 80km away. And finally, if the desire takes you, the Atlantic Coast is close enough to take a day out by the sea (only 1.5 hours drive along the motorway).
