The green space around the two houses of the estate is very big and we foresee this as a very exclusive zone for any home. Equipped with tables and chairs that allow you to eat out in the open air. The pool can be found at the back of the houses and is communal to both of the houses. The structure enjoys an optimal position to visit Romagna: Brisighella (3km), Faenza (15 km), Ravenna (45km), The republic of San Marino (80km), all the towns of the romagnola hills that goes from Dozza right to the sea. During the day you can also visit Bologna (65km) and Ferrara (110km), not far away we have Firenze (85km) that can be reached by the train Brisighella-Firenze and Urbino (120km).
